I hope you're having a nice time with Jasmine and can settle when you get home. From personal experience fire can get really easily out of control and the feeling of flames makes you feel shocked and instinctively try to put it out. You need to fight this, it's so dangerous. Phone crisis if you need to.

Can you ask to go back on the clozapine? Or is it a total no no? If you did end up moving into supported housing then maybe you can ask to go back on the clozapine with the understanding and agreement that the staff will monitor it and ensure you take it as prescribed. I’m sorry you’re having to go through this. Do make sure you tell the crisis team, they might be able to give you prn for during the day. Thinking of you

I'd love to go back on clozapine but they keep saying no.
I'm hoping they'll let me back on it if I move into supported housing.

I'm seeing crisis tomorrow so I can tell them. Prn would be helpful tbh

I think so.
Carer has just turned up to do meds so I'll be getting an early night.
The crisis team won't be able to get me any prn for tonight.
It's already nearly 8pm and all the pharmacies are closed.

I was having weird hallucinations when I woke up.
I called the crisis team at about 4:30am because I was really freaked out.
