St. John's Wort?

I don't know if this is the right forum to be asking about this but;



has anyone tried St. John's Wort? has it worked for anyone with dysthymia or moderate-severe depression?



also, if this is in the wrong forum could someone tell me which one would be the right one and I'll post it there instead? thank you!

I have never tried it, but I would be interested to read the views of those that have.

I do know you have to be wary of taking it with other medications as it interacts with them.
