Well I think you're special in a very good way.

The Man is mean and I know you have no particular reason to believe me over him but think of all the other people who think you're special in a good way (and I'm sure that is lots btw) and you'll soon see his opinion is not worth listening to.

Thanks. I texted a helpline and after a while they suggested using 111 online. I did and it told me to ring 999 which is ludicrous.

Well they understandably take it seriously when it comes to peoples' safety.

I've taken some PRN, who knows, it might help. My mum knows I'm not feeling safe but I don't want other people keeping me safe. I had a good cry.

I hope both the PRN and the cry help.

Mum said I could sleep in my own room last night, as long as I kept my door open.

You're not a failure, maybe the plan wasn't meant to work. Do you need any medical attention?

I wish I knew the answers. Not sure I have anything to suggest but is there someone you can talk to about this - family, cpn?

I'm physically ok., there's just a red mark. Now I've got another plan but my parents would phone the police, so I would have to be quick.

My family know but I can't talk to them. Maybe I can talk to my CPN but not until Monday.

If your plan involves getting the police involved I think you really need to talk to someone about this now, not Monday. Please talk to your family. Whatever the plan is I can tell you it is not a good idea and you probably know that too.

I've tried to get out the house today twice for my plan but I got caught both times.

I hope it helps to see your sister. I think it would be a very good idea to use the support of all of your family members who can be there for you right now. Family and your safety is far more important than this plan. I know you're hurting but things keep going wrong with your plans so it would be good if you could focus on more soothing/helpful things than destructive things.

I spoke to the MH Line and they are contacting the ambulance service.

Has anyone had a phone call from the ambulance? What kind of thing do they ask?

I'd think the ambulance would come out so they can see how you are in person. Did they say it was a phone call you'd be getting? If the ambulance service doesn't think an ambulance is appropriate they would probably contact the crisis team or someone similar.

They did send an ambulance. Initially they were thinking hospital but then discovered there were no beds. I've agreed to go to a crisis lounge tomorrow to help me stay safe. Tbh I don't know if I'll be alive tomorrow.

I made it through the night. The voices shut up so I didn't go through with their idea.
