Are you getting any outside support from anyone you can talk about this to? You do not need to lose weight at all and like others have said, there are so many healthier escapes you can use. Draw, write a story, take pictures, watch comedy, read, anything.

hey katie, I'm sorry you're feeling low but losing weight won't help. I know it's easy for me to say to you and not easy for me to say to myself or expect you to believe it but I'm sure you don't need to. Is there anything you want to talk about on here?
Urgh, I just watched something I maybe shouldn't of watched and got triggered.... like if I get dressed and look at myself in the mirror and think I look fat, I'll keep changing until I'm wearing something that doesn't make me look fat ): It's annoying. People always say I'm not fat, but argh.

No, I completely understand this. I do the same thing, I change and change until I think I look okay, or I just end up crying and spend the day miserable and more self-conscious than normal
No you're not confusing me but you're not fat, you're beautiful and you help a lot of people on here and that's such a great thing to do. Try not be so hard on yourself. *hugs*
