Don't forget that for most of the UK it's census day today. If you don't fill it in you will be fined.
If you have an paper form then you can fill it out online you just need the code. I found it easier and less overwhelming doing it online.

I believe you can get a new code sent to you via text: https://census.gov.uk/help/get-an-ac...r-paper-census
I'm sure they'd be understanding if the only member of the household is in hospital and can't complete it on time, but just thought I'd share the above in case you just want to get it done and out of the way :)

You'll be fine. I literally have my letter next to me and it says "complete on Sunday 21 March 2021 or as soon as possible after."
I've heard of plenty of people with no intention of filling it out either. Pretty sure they won't be found or fined...
