I just wanted to apologise to everyone who contacted me a month ago regarding the positions available on the support team for not getting in touch when I said that I would. Whilst it's not really an excuse, I have been very busy recently due to a death within my close family and so, as I'm sure you can imagine, it's been a bit of a roller-coaster ride over the past couple of weeks.
However, I do intend to move things forward now as much as I can and I do promise each and every single one of you that if you have gotten in touch and received any sort-of reply from me, you will be notified either way when the new members of the team are decided upon - that is, I will let you know even if you aren't being given a position.
So, please do not fret - you haven't received a reply yet because I've just been so caught up with other things, not because you're not being given a position.
I'll keep you updated and I'll be in-touch soon, no doubt - thanks for reading. :)

Black Rose, I think it's too late to for now. The list is being finalised by the Support Team at the moment. But I'm sure in a few months that there will be another opportunity. Keep your eyes open for the next opening =).
