I'm staying in my room today. The cold tap in the bathroom isn't working anymore for some reason so my mum called the council who said they'd come around at 1 to fix it, so I'm stressing about that because I don't like strange people in the house.

Oh yes everything is fine. I have a appointment with them next month so they just wanted to change the time.

We called the council at 9am, they said they'd be here by 5pm, and we're still waiting. None of our taps have worked for 2 days now.
