I had suffered both anorexia and bulimia in the past. Is there anyway I can stop before I start if you know what I mean? I don't want to get back into it but recently i've started to make myself sick after every meal. I know it can't be doing me any good but I don't want it to get hold of me again. Should I talk to someone about it? I don't want to get to the stage where I throw up food without even trying that happened before and I couldn't eat for ages after that.

You really do need to talk to someone about this as soon as possible. Do you recieve any professional help at all? And which friends or family members could you talk about this to? Well done on posting for some support and in realising that you have started to go back to some old and dangerous behaviours. As you said, you need to try and intervene with this as soon as possible.

Can you think of any reasons why you have started to make yourself sick again?

Take care

Definitely seek help now, it's really great that you are able to see that as a possibility and also see how much this can damage you if you let it continue.

Do you have a family member or friend you could talk to about this? It's a good thing you can see the damage before you actually cause it - preventing relapse before it happens is something most people refuse to do; I admire you for being able to do it.
