I think it's possible, it just takes a lot of really hard work and determination.
What happened to you was a slip up. Nothing more, nothing less. It does not mean that you messed up. It means that you are human. Everyone slips up sometimes. You can overcome the urges, I know it. Find a ray of hope and hold onto it forever.
Pm me if you ever want<3

I honestly don't know, but I choose to believe that it is possible.
If you need hope, how about you check this part of the RYL forums:

I believe in you! I believe in ALL of us who have that nasty habit. :)
PM me if you ever feel the need to chat. <3

Yes , it is possible.
I've stopped cutting & I used to do it a wholeee bunch.
It was even to the point where I would get anxiety attacks if I didn't do it & felt the urge.
Just gotta keep trying (: ♥

It's so hard, but the longest I've gone with out slip up has been one year. I've done that twice. My sister has been two years free and is still going. I'm very proud of her and use her as my role model.
It's possible to stop. Never give that up. Don't let anyone (even your self) tell you different. You ARE strong enough to beat it. You are MORE than SI. You CAN do this. ♥

I think that it is possible to stop the act. But to never be free from the thoughts of cutting. Ive done a few days to a month to 2 months and so on. I miss everytime I try to stop. Mainly because I feel I begin to lose who I am without cutting. I know that with determination and hope I can. And so can everybody else. *hugs* pm me if you want

The moment you feel like giving up, remember all the reasons you held on for so long.
