what country are you in, and where abouts? in terms of support for your partner there are a number of services out there but they have got to want to change otherwise the support is almost pointless.
in terms of support for yourself, many substance use services now offer carer support groups, near where I am there is also a organisation designed purely to support people who care for a partner/relative with substance use issues.
