Mildly Triggering (ED) - I'm back ...
Hey! Some of you guys know me, most of you don't. I had ups and downs with my ED since 2006.
Anyway, don't really know why I'm posting, but I had to tell someone.
My ED is back,, after 1 year of being perfectly fine. I (again) start to feel like I need something that is completely mine and something I can control. Lately I have been in many situations that were too much to handle and couldn't control them so I started to feel lost and powerless again. Here where my ED appeared. I feel so stupid to letting it entering my life again, but yet I can't resist, not right now.
I don't know really what I'm looking for with posting this,, I just need to know it'll be fine again.

Sort of the same here. I had the same kind of problem. I thought i'd sorted myself out, but then people started saying "oh you've put on some weight" which has now made me feel like I need to lose it again...I don't know what to do anymore..

Hi there, i haven't logged on this site for months as everything started to get better, just now its got worse again :( i have an amzing boyfriend and i have just moved away to uni and having a great time but the past couple of weeks the whole eating obbsession is back. im up till stupid times in the morning i get no sleep im making myself really ill, i feel so fed up that i cant even be bothered to do anything about it. im sorry that this doesn't help any of us here but just want you to know i feel in exactly the same position xx

I stopped using this site shortly after I got with my boyfriend - still together after three years, but it's his family who are making me feel this way. I don't think they mean it in a bad way but thats the way I see it...They don't understand and I don't want to tell them..
If any of you need to talk you can always pm me =)
