I want to cut

Hello--


It has been a while since I posted on here and a lot has happened recently I have lost my grandfather and a family friend it feels like I am loosing everyone around me and it is making me feel like I need to cut.

I don't know what to do. Someone help?

perhaps you can focus on the people that you do still have? losing loved ones is extremely difficult, so much so that sometimes it is easy to overlook the people who are still around that we care about.

Losing people is always hard, it can leave us feeling pretty alone. Like the above suggested I am sure you still do have people around that care about you so it might help to focus on that. Hurting yourself is not the answer though, it will only make you feel worse in the end and I am sure the people that you have lost wouldn't want you to hurt yourself. Can you try and distract yourself until these difficult feelings pass? Take care
