Positive recovery post - Over 400 days

I am well over 400 days free (450 maybe?) from all forms of self-harm and mental distress having recovered by myself, I just wanted to put it out there that full recovery (even from 'serious mental distress', of which depression is referred to on occasion) is possible and hope that other people who see this will be reassured and encouraged that a full recovery from mental distress is perfectly possible.
