I'm trying to think of things to say at the moment, I'm lost for words!
Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
Looking forward to Bbc ambulance tonight on Bbc1 at 9pm, But watch out there's going to be a lot triggering mental health talk.

Morning Beckie. I had a fright at 4 am this morning when a load of texts decided to be delivered to my phone at once. So it went off tons waking me up and wondering who on earth was texting me at that time of day.

Yeah I had to text everyone before (not at 4 am!) saying that it came at 4 am so I wasn't ignoring their texts last night. I have poor signal where I am but I can't change network so occasionally texts aren't received until hours later or out of order.

Do you have a 'do not disturb' option on your phone Dawn? You can choose the times you don't want to be notified of anything other than calls, so you would have got all the messages in the morning rather than at night. My nights are more peaceful like that. I set my do not disturb hours from 10pm to 8am, although I often go to bed earlier so I change the night time.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
I have disabled my voicemail because on my old phone number the only people who ever left voicemail were scam numbers. Besides everyone bar Lorraine who's in my list has my landline number so they know to ring me on my landline number. Lorraine doesn't call me anyway.

I have my second lecture in 20 minutes which should be good and it's my final lecture of the week. Then I can start cracking on the assignments.
