In other news, I only just realized I've been over a month free of SH with only a few slip-ups in about five months. :)
Also, tomorrow I will be three weeks free of le behavior. Eeeeeek!
Well done Lana, I'm very proud of you. :D
Feel free to have a well-earned NPD flare. ;)
A small step, but I managed to keep calm under pressure today and not let my temper get the better of me when put in a stressful situation.
Unrelated, I also squatted 507lb today, sort of using that as a big F.U to my weird brain (Y).
You're all so lovely, thank you!
And well done to all who have posted after me - I read all the heroics and they're all wonderful and I'd name you all, but I'd no doubt get it wrong!
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears. And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears...
I got all 4 stickers on my sticker chart today. Like a boss.
Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.
Starless - a huge well done on being a year free, that's an amazing accomplishement! I raise my glass to you.
Claire-Rose, well done love! Stay strong, you're doing great! Also well done for handing in your CV, and going to the post office. Social interaction can be a scary thing!
Jenna, I doubt you'll see this, but if you do, well done, you're doing amazingly!
Kia, well done for being brave and dealing with the police officer. That was really brave of you.
Marie, well done for digesting said food and seeking support while in a fliddy moment - hard things to do, you definitely deserve a sticker! Also, well done on getting FOUR stickers, this is wonderful news!
Ally, well done on being two weeks SH free! That's a great step forwards :)
Lana - well done on being a month free, especially without realising it, of SH! I think you can take this as a sign that it has lost some of it's hold on you :) Also, congrats on being three weeks free of said behaviour!
Tom, well done for keeping your calm - that is the hardest thing to do in a stressful situation.
SilentBoy - I hope that went ok, that was definitely a very brave thing for you to do.
Conor, well done on the working out!!
I managed to overcome some full blown SH urges last night, and am actually quite proud of that!

And then I think perhaps I won't,
