It's the anniversary of the fall today. It's been a whole year of my life changing for the worse and better. .

After an insanely amount of hurt and pain, and agony, nastiness and death in the hospital. I made it

Looking back on the day, I didn't think. I just did xyz.


Now after many months of rehabilitation, and a bungalow, a dog, supportive family, amazing friends and epic mental health team.

IM FUCKING GOOD BITCHES.
I AM CONTENT.
I am happy

I can’t imagine how intense the feels must have been today/yesterday (both good and bad and everywhere in between). You’re resilience is fucking amazing Mary. Always here for the moments and days etc when it falters and it is more than ok for you to need support- that need is not time limited etc! Hopefully now Charlie is with you and you are in your own place, things will continue to improve- but when the bad days happen- hit us up!
