Job interview help

I have just been offered a job interview at Dave and busters and I want to get the job but I already planned to go on vacation next month for a week to Germany Forrester cultural experience, should I mention this in the interview at all or only when they ask when I can start or not mention it at all? I can't start the job on the spot but last week of March I will be out of country. Should I tell them after I get the job or during the interview??
