I was supposed to go to a walking group but haven't managed to. Annoyed with myself.

Crisis came and supported me to make a benefits application. Then dropped me at the drs. Then I visited 3 shops before walking home. I was anxious but am pleased with myself. I even have make up on and did my hair nice.

I saw the end of Doctors and someone had their cat put to sleep. They were upset so it got me going. I miss my cat so much. It showed the next episode and another character went "it's just a cat"

Yes I am ok thanks. I still cant bring myself to read anything about cats however.

Sorry Dawn. =( I still get upset over losing some of mine and it's been years. It just shows you're human and care a lot though which is a good thing.
