I've been allowed in my room lots lately
My arm is in a splint so I couldn't really have an incident even if I wanted to. Which i don't.
Had a difficult psychology session today which has affected me a lot though

Psychology is often difficult, do you have techniques to manage afterwards? I hope with your arm being in a splint it will allow you to break the string of incidents and continue being safe when it's taken off.

I had prn but I just seem to be getting more and more agitated
I asked to go to the shop so hopefully they'll let me
I think the walk might help

A walk can be really helpful. But be careful, only you know if you're in a distressed way where a walk can help and a distressed way where it could be unsafe. Are you aiming to go to the shop regularly?

Yes I'm hoping to get to the shop regularly.
I think they are going to try and facilitate them more now
Did feel a bit unsafe on the walk today because the cars were going quite fast but overall it did help to get out

I've only just woken up
My blood pressure went really high last night and I'm a bit worried about that because they called the doctor but it went down after a while.
And I've woken up with unexplained bruises
So I'm not sure what's going on

Did the doctor or any nurses have an idea about what is causing this? Try not to worry about it too much if you can, people will be keeping an eye on you.

I'm watching films on the iPad at the moment
Thing is I don't really feel like doing anything
I have an appointment at the fracture clinic on Thursday so hoping it can come off then. Unless they find a fracture in which case I'll have to have a cast on which would suck even more!
