*hugs*
This time ofyear is always sucky.
Try not to be too hard on yourself.
Slip ups do ndeed suck, but you're only human...
Try and do something fun in between revising, something to help you relax. Maybe having a bath, reading a good book, watching TV, hanging out with friends?
Take it easy, mmkay?

The only time you will find real light is when you're searching in the dark..
i know stress over exams and stuff can make everything feel like its getting too much..
just try and take a break, and dont worry about slipping up, it happens to everyone..
but the main thing is to pull yourself back up again.
Im revising now too. And it does suck. Slip ups arent the end of the world though. I've had a few over my last year and a bit. Get through your tests, and you can fight again.
~He accepts that ambiguity and compromise are a part of life, but he doesn’t necessarily like it. It’s not his way to dwell in gray areas, not to try and resolve complex situations. And yet, if he’s really honest with himself, this time he doesn’t care. He surrenders to what he wants, not what he must. ~
*Big hugs*. Slip-ups do suck, but you're right, they happen - so try to look past it. Well done for just seeing it as a slip; it's always a good thing that if you do slip, you remember that it's a natural part of recovery and that you're no worse off for it.
Next time, if you feel the urges coming back, try and distract yourself as well as you possibly can. As others have said, this time of year is always terrible with exams and such, so try and take regular breaks from revision and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
