Over on The Good Limbo, we sell Small Comforts kits. They're pocket sized to help with mindfulness on the move by utilising the five major senses. They have an informational card for sight, lavender scented card for smell, mints for taste and sound and an elastic band for touch. A friend messaged me recently to say hers has been helping her at the moment, so we decided to provide the kits at postage cost only to members of TGL and we wanted to extend it to RYL members.
