Anytime I tried Valerian root to sleep it mad me feel awful the next day. I mean really really bad - worst things I ever took. Melatonin was much better

Also don't steep it any longer than 5 minutes, that will make it bitter as well. If it does get bitter, it helps to add a bit of milk.

A lot of people think they don't like green tea because they get really cheap tea and make it wrong.
