hehe lisa, I'm not even 15weeks along and i just want the baby already, I was thinking of life after the birth, how much less complicated it would be if you could keep baby baking for a few more weeks. Also one way or the other the contractions would stop, i've heard this is one way to end up having to be induced because the body gets used to labour and it stops progressing, induction = more pain.

um not really mand.. my sister was induced and it was over quicker coz she was in labour for a month... induction doesnt mean more pain it means its over quicker!

Actually being induce can mean labour will be more painful as it can bring on much stronger and painful contractions. That's why more people who are induced have Epidural.
It's so easy to get lost in constantly having to present
whatever face you believe a person wants to see rather than your own
anyhow...
still no signs of her arriving any time soon.

braxton hicks dont hurt they just tighten! ive had them before so its defo not that!
and the doctor is convinced its labour!
ive had a "show" wich is a sign of labour and the contractions are getting stronger!
just not close together!

although it could be a long labour (like 4 days isnt enough)
it might not mean being induced!!
i could still have a normal full blown labour even though im having a "slow labour" now!!
and i have got my birth plan written and the only pain releif i am going to have is gas and air as i want a natural birth as possible.......(having experienced a birth with forceps with my son...who was still born and only have gas and air)
but still nothing even though i was down to 45mins apart earlier but she has gone back up to an hour and a half to 2 hours!!

i am still nowhere near!!
but sarah a familt friend who is due 2 days before me is in labour..has been all day and is down to three minutes apart but instead of going to hospital she has gone to the west end!! ( she dont like hospitals) everyone has told her she is gunna have him tonite and u can tell that by the way she is walking!!!
she is goiung on the tube with her bf and im worried for her incasae her waters break on the tube.......
i cant help but be jealous.....due the same time but she is in full blown labour!! and ive been in slow labour for nearly a week now!!
and its upset me in a way cos she is gunna get to hold her son by the end of the night and im still waiting and ive been in labour longer than her!!!

awww thats so exciting...dont worry about it too much, my cousin went into labor 3 weeks before the due date, then like the baby never came she went home, and then a week later she went into labor again, and they decided to induce her, and that still didnt work, and she went home again...then 1 week after the due date she finally had it...
im sure your baby is going to be perfectly fine...im sure you are impatient though to see her and hold her, but the waiting will be worth it in the end

the contractions are getting closer together again..down to an hour again...i hope she does get a shifty on coz im knackered...im asleep at like ten o'clock at night and am falling asleep during the day an all.......vic keeps talking to her telling her she needs to get a move on or she will poke her out!! lol...and vics mum came home yesterday with a baby blanket she had bought for her....
and vics aunt is knitting some booties for her!
it seems everyone is getting excited and im being moody all the time.......she needs to come sometime soon cos im getting fed up of waiting....lol.
oh well im gunna try whatever i can to get her to get a move on!!
