Yeah, i would but i havent left my house for 2 days, I've drank almost 2 litres of coke since this afternoon and I've just eaten a whole pack of jaffa cakes and practically swallowed them whole..
I'm not saying i wouldn't feel better if i did all that, i know i would, its the doing it that's the hard part.

How is drinking water before a meal unhealthy i thought it was common sense?
|
Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.

While I'm sure these tips work for you, we are all different and this isn't the best place to give advice, especially if it refers to exercise and weight.
Many of us here would love to be able to do your 5 things but even getting dressed in the morning is a struggle at times and we look for ways to make our lives easier, even if it isn't as healthy.
Perhaps have a think about your target audience before you post here.

Friends, life needs a discipline. A healthy lifestyle from the beginning ensures that we live a disease-free life. What I shared here is just for the sake of common health tips people should follow.

these things arent essential for a healthy lifestyle though..
im pretty sure neither of these advices will change my life to something more positive. and discipline isnt always a good thing. I can assure you that my discipline in regards of food and exercise did me no good when it came to my anorexia.
Discipline in regards of food is actually exactly what i am working on avoiding in my recovery. my eating should be based on what i enjoy, crave need etc. not discipline that for me is directly connected to my eating disorder. im trying to learn to enjoy food without guilt. All food, even what is considered "unhealthy"
so no thanks to advice that is gonna be the opposite of helpful for me.

The world is just illusion always trying to change me. You will find wonder wherever you can, and spread joy whenever you are able.

Life is what you imagine it is in your mind first. So, mind should be healthy. But healthy mind lives in a healthy body. It implies that we first get to make our body function properly and make it healthy which can only be possible by following a right diet, at right time, for right duration. Don't you agree with me?
