Adult (20+) SIers

I am wondering if there is a community of adults that deal with this issue. As a teenager I dealt with it mildly, a lot of it being passed of as hormones, but as I've grown up the issues remain and I find it hard to find fellow adults who suffer from the same issues.

I think there are quite a few of us about. I'm 23. Vets seems to move very slowly now but I'm aware of a quite a few 20+ members around the forums.

I remember last time we did a poll on age most people were in their twenties. I am in my 30s however.

I struggled with it from age 15 up to age 21, and that's not uncommon. Even though I'm 24 now, I still often think about it when stressed even though the behaviors are pretty much gone. So you're not alone. It can affect anyone of any age.

idk why but i always got the feeling here that people on RYL are mostly older teens and above..
I'm 20 anyway :)

Yeah it's almost less common in my experience to find people still in high school. Most seem older lately.
