VACATION
Ok so my family and I leave for a week vacation with extended family tomorrow. To say the very least, I am extremely terrified. I am supposed to be following a meal plan for anorexia with 3 meals and 3 snacks, but I really want to try and eat intuitively as I have been willingly eating meals and snacks. I just really want to listen to my body for once. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? I just want to enjoy my vacation and NOT have to worry about getting 3 meals and snacks in every day. Any advice?
