I'm Jenny (although everyone used to refer to me as Jelly on here), I'm 21 and have been a member of RYL since the days of Ruin (and then left for a bit and rejoined in 2006 back on v2). I'm currently unemployed having previously studied a BTEC in Music, and then spent a year working with horses. I am desperately trying to find another job but there's so few around - been applying for about 20 a week for the last 3 months and still no luck :(
Pet wise I have a horse called Remi - he's a bit like an oversized toddler, but despite his naughty side he means the absolute world to me. I also have a grey lop-eared bunny called Molly - she's very cute but completely deaf, and some OAP fishes!!
Nice to meet you all - hello Alex and Romp....I recognise you both from 'back in the day' but it's nice to be getting to know lots of new people too as I don't know many of the current crowd. Shine - I'm glad I've worked out it's you who is known as Belle....I got really confused when I saw people refering to 'Belle' in other threads cos I thought it was a different Belle (Emma) who used to be on here but who left a few years ago.
*plonks self down in thread*
What up?
Hey :)
I am Katie and I'm 22. I joined RYL when it was v2 and left for a couple of years in between but I have sort of ventured into Vets but not much...maybe because I don't like to think of myself as old enough to be counted as a Vet ;)
I think this thread was a great idea to get Vets revived :)
Much love and all the fluffyness <3
x Katie x
Hi I'm Ann Marie I feel old in here at 37 currently sat at my desk in work not doing very much, and for those interested I have a cavalier king charles spaniel called Millie
YAY for cavvies!!! What colours is Millie? My mum has a blenheim and a tricolour and I want her to end up with al the different colour combinations!!!
Shine - I'm glad I've worked out it's you who is known as Belle....I got really confused when I saw people refering to 'Belle' in other threads cos I thought it was a different Belle (Emma) who used to be on here but who left a few years ago.
I don't know how I ended up being called Belle instead of Annabelle but it's quicker to write and it seems to have stuck!
And hi :D
*waves at Katie, also*

I don't sleep much... I am cool though, honest! ;)
Now, working on the tills at 9. Anyone any bright ideas to make 4 hours on the till more interesting?
I'm Stephen, been here a while just rarely post
I'm a web developer and am currently at work in my pjs - the benefits of being able to do everything online - yet I was still 10 mins late, that'll teach me not to set an alarm
anyway am 31 and a half, still living with parents, have no pets and spend far too much time on the computer playing games
I've just got home - had a lovely cuddle with my 'donkey' when he was laying down in the field this morning. Now to crack on with some more job applications :(
I'm so sleepy. Been to Tesco. Came back and had milk and cinnamon bun. Going to meet Befriender this afternoon. I have to have early lunch, but it's too cold.
Hope all goes well with your befriender, Katie. I have to admit to being clueless here - what do you do with a befriender?
Jelly - what jobs are you applying for? Good luck with them!
I'm trying to get up the motivation to go into town. Mum's lending me her car. It'll be the first time I've driven in 4 months. I always get a bit nervous when I haven't done it for a while, but tomorrow I'm driving up to Manchester so I'd better get my hand back in!
Каждому, каждому в лучшее верится,
Катится, катится голубой вагон!
Am applying for any jobs possible tbh!! Getting desperate now!!
Good luck with the driving!! Am sure you'll be fine. I feel the same about getting back in the saddle in a couple of weeks once my wrist is out of plaster. I know I'm capable of it, but a bit nervous about riding again after 6 weeks off (especially as TurboPony has had 6 weeks with no exercise so is feeling a bit more hyper than usual!)
