Strong urges

This is going to sound pathetic but I really want to harm because I miss my grandparents I've just come back from visiting them for a week got back yesterday missing them like mad can't ring them now it's too late and I can't really ring them tomorrow either. I'm also skint from holiday - too much spending. So I can't go out tomorrow for support so stuck in flat alone till Monday

It's not pathetic at all. I often crash badly after having a good few days with family or something which sounds like what is happening to you.

Can you keep yourself occupied and distracted inside until Monday? Can anyone come to visit you?

Definitely not pathetic, it can be hard to go back to your everyday routine. Would you be able to write to your grandparents? That takes up some time and can be really nice to send and receive letters.

Have been keeping fairly busy today have cleaned the bathroom had a shower moisturised head to toe put a load of washing on and sorted out and eaten a main meal and listened to music

Don't think we anyone is free to visit but haven't asked. Could write to grandparents would b nice to have a letter back too then I could read and reread it

Would you beat someone else up over how much they had eaten? It would be good if you could find ways to be kind to yourself rather than always putting yourself down.

One step closer u know me too well lol and no I wouldn't put someone else down over it as you never know what they are dealing with being kind to others is important to me shame I can't say the same about myself but oh well

Thanks good idea xx currently I'm mute as in not speaking to anyone verbally at all so I'm getting stressed about goin outside incase the neighbours or anyone tries to talk to me. It's called selective mutism it's an anxiety n stress thing I'm having a chilled out day at home as a result. just had a bath was nice. Already stressed about payday as I need to pay bills that might need to be paid over the phone n I'm gonna have to go to the bank too at sum point so I might have to write a note for that. Bit worried about how to contact family or the emergency services if I need to they are text able tho so I cud register my phone for the text service with them. I'm goin on and on now tho. I'm OK really thanks. How r u

Writing notes or asking others to help me or texting or making payments online for things like TV licence etc
