I am currently:

Pointing out - if you have a crisis plan then you have the option of following it, if you don't have one then that option isn't there.

Also, I once made myself a crisis flowchart which I find easier to use than a crisis plan because it takes me through the options at every step.

Thanks xx that's very true, and a sensible way to think about it.

That's an interesting thought about doing a flow chart. I will have a look into making something like that.

Also, it's important to keep the plan in an easily accessible place where you're likely to see it. Or even just have prompts to use the plan in various places.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
