I have to stop

I really have to stop self harming, but I can't seem to help it.
I'm a father I shouldn't do it, my kid can't count on his mom at this moment so I should have my s hit together, but it's so hard.
I feel so depressed and anxious all the time.

Sorry for this little rant, i could really use some advice.

Hey, well done for taking the first step; just being motivated to stop is a brilliant start.

Throwing out whatever you use to hurt yourself can be a great first step, or if you don't feel able to do that just yet even just making it less accessible can help to give you some thinking time between the urge to hurt yourself and actually doing it.

Do you have any support, professional or from friends/family?

I do in fact have professional help but not for my self harm, and I have no idea where to get it.
and i don't like talking to family about it to be honest

Is it mental health help that you have? Maybe you could raise the issue of self harm with them and see where that goes?

well yeah they are for mental health, but pretty much autism focused and every time I try to talk about other stuff they prefer i talk about autism related stuff.
I also tried talking to a therapist but he basically thought my situation was to complex

Oh that's not ideal! Have you told them about your self harm? I would hope at the very least that they would feel obliged to offer you alternative support if they feel like they're not the right people to be supporting you with this.
