I have two heroics today: I got a very good result on my latest German exam, and today I opened a bank account (which I've been putting off for months but now it's absolutely necessary), which involved having a conversation almost entirely in German with a staff member for about 45 minutes. I'm quite proud of myself for doing that.

erm... I managed to go to a job interview today that was in a place i've never been to before and didn't know and meant i had to ride my motorbike along a fairly scary and unknown road. Which may not seem huge but I am not great at riding/driving in unknown places as I get really scared of getting lost, and interviews are scary too

I dragged myself to uni in an attempt to not miss class due to social phobia. Turns out that class starts next week, but never mind. :P
