I hear you, life can be so upsetting and painful. I do hope that next year isn't only filled with hurt, there will probably be some but there is room for better things too. Is there anything you'd like from next year, any things you'd like to try etc?

I'm sorry you feel like you're just existing, that's an awful feeling I know. Do you do much writing now? You can self publish on Amazon if you're writing at the moment. Even just making time to do some regular writing, if you're not already, might be something good to focus on.

What about old fashioned pen and paper? I think writing with pen and paper can feel more expressive a lot of the time.

yeah i guess so but its alot easyier for me to type with the tablet rather then useing pen and paper though im sorry.........

You're not a pain, please keep posting if it helps. Sometimes people don't know what to say or aren't in a good place themselves to be able to respond. Plus it's very quiet a lot of the time. How are you doing today?
