I am currently:
Positive recovery post - Almost a year!

I'm not sure of the exact date because I don't keep a tally, but I'm about 11 months free of hurting myself. A year next month! That'll be the longest I've gone in over 15 years by a good six months. Think I may have cracked it this time!
