Should I mention this to my therapist?

As bad as it sounds I have never disclosed my eating and food "issues" (I say issues because I have never been formally diagnosed with an eating disorder.) I am starting to wonder if maybe I should tell her about my disordered behavior? I like to think I have a handle on my purging and it is all within my grasp, but maybe it isn't?

His coconut gun, can fire in spurts, and if he shoots ya, its gonna hurt!

As Auror said, it's definitely worth mentioning - the best way that they can help you is if they know exactly what's going on for you. If you do feel you don't need support for it and that it's under your grasp, then you can always let your therapist know that you don't feel you need to work on it at the moment, but it's there in the open in case things change in the future.
