Okay so in a lot of stress and I really cannot remember what I have said to whom and how I have come across at work as I have been so up and down with a lot of stuff. I知 trying to make sense of what is happening to me?
I just feel like I am heading in so many directions at the moment. Help?? I don稚 know how I have come across in the office? I just feel like like I知 digging myself into hole.

My mental health is all over the place.

Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.

Hey, what are the main things causing the stress? Is work making it worse?

Don't hesitate to go to your GP and explain that you're really stressed, they can sign you off work. I did it once when I just woke up feeling kind of catatonic and couldn't string a full sentence together in my head.

From my personal experience even when I thought I was obviously losing it in front of everyone and they would all think I was nuts, it's not usually as evident to people on the outside. Try not to worry too much about what you've said and to whom, most people are generally too focused on themselves to give what other people say or do too much thought.
