Hey, what are the main things causing the stress? Is work making it worse?
Don't hesitate to go to your GP and explain that you're really stressed, they can sign you off work. I did it once when I just woke up feeling kind of catatonic and couldn't string a full sentence together in my head.
From my personal experience even when I thought I was obviously losing it in front of everyone and they would all think I was nuts, it's not usually as evident to people on the outside. Try not to worry too much about what you've said and to whom, most people are generally too focused on themselves to give what other people say or do too much thought.
