I'm watching. England not doing all that well, though leading, at half-time. But why when I pay a substantial license fee do I have to watch my two favourite sports, cricket and rugby, on ITV or Sky, while the bloody Beeb seems only to broadcast the dreadful and vulgar soccer all the time!

Tony. (well biased of course!)

We did well in the end. That final try was mint!! So close.

I'm going to watch the New Zealand games as well bc they're meant to be really good. I think we did well in the end. They saved it. Fiji upped thir defence game after half time I feel. But it was good.

My poor nurse looks bored shitless.

I watched it! I love it. Me and my sister are going to watch the England vs Australia game at Twickenham - very excited!

There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: 'This glass is half full'. And then there are those who say: 'This glass is half empty'.
The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: 'What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

I know! I'm very excited. My sister won the tickets through some raffle thing so they were actually very cheap. Also exciting going to Twickenham as I've never been and the atmosphere should be amazing!

A wonderful game this afternoon between South Africa and Japan which, against all the odds, Japan won at the last minute. Very well done by them, and it was a thrilling match to watch.

^^THIS. I agree 100%.

I actually enjoy watching it, but not all the time, and I don't get fired up or anything. Initially I was supporting Wales/Canada/Romania(emotional ties of different sorts with all of them), but now only Wales remains. The men in my house support Wales as well(I mean, they're Welsh...), and my landlady is Australian, grew up in Wales, so she's with both. XD

I made the huge mistake to go to the city centre today, it was more than packed, they must've been holding the game at the stadium here. I didn't even watch, but I'm quite positive Ireland won.

Ireland wept as they reached the quarter finals. Tomorrow will be tough though.

It became like a sort of prison. Encased in a silver shell, words so full of bleeding need spilled like drops on dry leaves. And all the while laughter prevailed a long way from here. Nowhere land, nowhere time, nowhere space.
