My Psychiatrist has finally admitted defeat against my borderline personality disorder and has suggested sending me to a therapeutic community which specialises in it.
Anyone got any experiences of them?

I've been in a therapeutic community. They can be very hard work but a lot of people really benefit from working in one. It's something that I feel it's important to make a personal committment to otherwise it doesn't work. Most TCs are day patient but there are a few residential ones too.
