I am currently:
Coping with nerves before assessment

I'm going back to eating disorder services for an assessment next week. This is my 4th re-referral.
I know what to expect but I'm really nervous.
Any advice on how to combat nerves?

The main reasons I'm nervous are:
I'm embarrassed I'm still not well and need support
I'm not anorexic anymore
I'm a lotttt bigger than I ever have been and worry about being judged
Last time I was discharged my therapist was my inspiration to get healthy and I may have stalked her a little on social media and I'm paranoid she knows and I'll get told off 🙊🙊

I suffer with panic attacks and I'm worried I'll have one right outside the building and won't be able to attend my appointment. I've planned to head the gym after it with my friend which will make me focus rather than over think but it means I can't take any meds to calm me in the morning.

I am not a freak..
I was born with my freedom.
