Shower today

Please help. It is a week since I had a shower. I really hate getting wet and I am a bit scared there is a camera in the bathroom. Can you give me reasons to shower asap.

Showering can significantly help to improve your mood. You will likely feel much better after showering.

I'm fairly certain there's no camera in your shower but could you wear a swimming costume? You could just pop in and out quickly and make sure you have a nice, fluffy towel and clean clothes to come out to.

I haven't got a swimming costume unfortunately, I never swim because I hate the water.

I'm really glad you were able to get a shower in. I've gone a month without and it really does feel awful.

Are you concerned that the camera is just in the bathroom or is it in the shower itself? You could cover the outside shower with a towel or something and undress in there maybe? Or it might be worth investing in a swimsuit for if it happens again?

Also, do you share the bathroom with anyone? Have they mentioned having similar concerns? If they have not, it might be worth trying to fact check? If they do have similar concerns, then hopefully you all can take some sort of action.

I am scared it is in the room. My therapist always told me I should act as if these fears aren't true. You know, by not covering up etc. She said that reinforces the belief. I will ask my mum about it later.
