I’m ok thanks. Tired from being out late last night and I couldn’t sleep. I’m back home and just relaxing.

You up to much tonight? I didn’t make it out to the shop. Just going tomorrow. I’m too tired. I’ll probably just have a quiet evening. My sister gave me shower gel that helps you sleep and a pillow spray for sleeping, so I might use those tonight and have an early night.

I'm feeling a little better physically, a long sleep today and the anti sickness meds etc seem to be working. Still feel weak but no where near as bad as I did :)

That’s true. I’m just going to be lazy tonight. I’m getting up early tomorrow to go for a walk with my sister. We’re going for coffee afterwards and taking our notebooks to do some writing.
