I saw this on the Blurt website and thought it's quite a good idea, having a list of things not to do with your day. So that you can be kinder to yourself etc. They use the examples:
– try to please everyone
– give away my yeses
– ignore my needs
– work through my lunch break
– fall into an Instagram scroll-hole
– put off making that appointment
