I saw this on the Blurt website and thought it's quite a good idea, having a list of things not to do with your day. So that you can be kinder to yourself etc. They use the examples:

– try to please everyone
– give away my yeses
– ignore my needs
– work through my lunch break
– fall into an Instagram scroll-hole
– put off making that appointment

What might your to don'ts be?

That's an interesting idea!

I think for me it might not work as I do a bit better with positive reinforcement (I'm not a dog nope). So instead, I might try to reframe them into other ways that are things I can do instead. But thank you, I hadn't thought of incorporating ideas like that into my to-do lists. Mine are usually practical things, but this is a nice reminder that things self care and setting boundaries are important too.
