some advice for a tough moment?

Hi everyone...it's been quite a while since i've posted on RYL in general, let alone this forum...but

i realized today that it's been 7 months since i last s/h'd. not going to lie...i'm struggling a lot again lately and i wish i wasn't, but i am. however, i'm also proud of myself so it's this weird combination of feelings and i'm hoping the good ones win.

has anyone else been at this point where you feel like you've accomplished so much and you've come so far but you're afraid now that you'll slip up? and if you do slip up, it'll be so much worse?

how do you keep going? how do you push through these moments of anxiety and worry at the possibility of messing up? Any advice?

sorry if this doesn't make much sense....

I don't have much advice, but I wanted to say well done on reaching 7 months. That's fantastic. What has helped you get there? Maybe you could think about rewarding yourself when you reach goals like that. It works for some people.
