one year clean

ok guys I have been clean for one whole year starting tomorrow I left this site when I began to quit so i9 wouldn't have no memories. I went to a really amazing therapist who made me feel needed and wanted rather than just agree to everything. not only did she help me out of my grave but she also helped me to overcome a lot of fears I have been on here before and explained why I was hurting so bad. life can get better I graduated highschool and now I don't get bullied at all most people just accept me or have well learned that public humiliation is stupid. im glad I have moved on from the hurt and I also learned to accept myself no matter what others say. ya there has been times where I came really close to relapsing but I had a wonderful sister who always seemed to know when I was going to do it. but after so many talks and so many tears I learned to accept im different and no one can change me not even me so embrace the suck!!! ha if anyone knows where that is from. but ya keep ur heads up guys and gals it does get better just don't let no one else tell u what u can and cant be ur always going to have that but u have to show them u can pull through and by hurting urself u are letting them win. all this happiness for u guys :*

Congratulations! 1 year is a great acoomplishment. I do hope that you feel very proud of yourself. I'm sorry to hear about the bullying but I'm glad that's over now and I'm glad that you're doing so much better :)
