First of all make an appointment to see your doctor, if your burn gets infected it could turn nasty and result in pretty bad consequences.
Although it's tempting don't soak it in ice cold water as this is only benefitial if it's done within a short period of time, and can actually increase the risk of infection. If you can clean it try and do that with some sterile wipes or something, then wrap it up. This should make it a bit more comfortable.
Movement and motion are a good thing. The less you move the more likely it is to swell increasing the likelihood of infection.
But definetly go and see a doctor, this place isn't a substitute for professional help, also you could try posting on the First Aid forum.
Hope this helps.

I have to remind myself that some birds just aren't meant to be caged.
Their feathers are just too bright.
And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up rejoices.
Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty when they're gone.

Im sorry that your in this situation :(
I would make an appointment with your doctor, or go to a walk in clinic as soon as possibly. Burns actually have a higher risk or infection than most cuts. If its blistering, its a 2nd degree burn and needs medical attention, just like an open cut would.
Ice WRAPPED IN A TOWEL might make it feel better and take down the swelling but dunking it in cold water (even though it would feel good) increases the risk of infection. Try wearing loose fitting pants and just try easy movement on it, but keep it moving.
Again, sorry about the situation, do you feel like talking about why you felt like burning again? Why do you think it might be worse this time? by the degree of the burn? You dont have to talk but im here to listen if you think it would help!
*hugs*

even though its healing, i would get it checked out anyway just to be sure, how you deal with burns effects how they heal and ultimately scar.
