Jenna, well done for being motivated, I hope that it helps you.
Zombie, you've been doing so well! Baby steps, congratulate yourself.
Imperfect.Star, 24 days is brilliant! *high fives*
Mike, that doesn't sound silly, I know how hard some people find it to telephone so you did great!
Ailsa, well done. Exams can be really tough and stressful so to get through yours was a fantastic success!
Cbear, opening up is so hard so well done for that.
Emma, woop! That's really brilliant to hear!
Kat, it sounds like you fought hard against your urges and well done for ringing up the psych. I hope they helped.
Hope I've not missed anyone!
Today I went to my ED appointment, gave the lady my journal entry and we went through it. In doing so, I told her about this person in my past that I've never really talked about before. It was really hard and her response was that it was abuse, which I didn't like to hear, but she was nice and understanding, so that was useful. AND I didn't buy binge foods at the supermarket.
I've not posted in here for ages so missed lots of heroics but well done to everybody! It sounds like you've all been amazing as usual!
I finished my performances this week and today was my last official day at college, which means i made i've completed my whole first year at college. It's been really difficult at times, and part of me didn't think i'd manage, but i've made it?
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears. And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears...
Alex- Well done for staying on track with your eating and exercising; good show!
Claire- o_O That's brilliant!! You win at life! Keep it up =D
Mike- Well done for dealing with a srs bsns phonecall!
Ailsa- That's great to hear that you managed to get through your exam without doing reckless things; I hope that boosts your confidence in your own strength :)
Clare- Well done for opening up to the dr and your mam, and for studying for your exam; I know you've got a lot going on at the moment.
Emmaaaaa- you absolutely win at life. I'm so proud of you for trying so hard, and I hope the trauma work is really helpful for you.
Kat-Well done for ringing psych triage, I hope they were helpful :)
Belle-Hero points for talking about ALL the things to the ED woman! And for not buying binge food :)
Kia- I'm so very proud of you for getting through your first year of college, despite everything that's been going on. I'm going to give you a hero hug when I see you tomorrow!
*racks brain* I'm not sure I've done anything heroic recently. #Jennafail. Although I did engage in ALL the talking to my flatmate when I was woeful instead of being behavioural. *nods*
Jodie [Bellatrix] has generally been a hero in every way. GIVE HER HERO POINTS!
We may not see eye to eye, but we can respect each other's opinions and find the truth in them.
Perhaps in those honest conversations, instead of demonising each other,
we might see each other as imperfect humans, doing our best. ~ Jodi Picoult
Today even though my mum triggered me to no end I called my case manager instead of harming. Alas she was not available however this means I kept myself safe ALL by myself :D (little brother hugs and chocolate may or may not have been involved!)
That's ALL the amazing! Well done, Conor!
Also: well done everyone else! Unfortunately I only remember Belle being über heroic but everyone is doing really great in here. :)
In Lana-related news: after slipping up with le behavior last week I decided to *not* use it as an excuse like I usually would. Instead I realized I *hate* doing it and that I need to try harder to get better. *nods*
I've been five days free agains so far. :)
I have not been very heroic these last few weeks. But I have been off anti depressants for about 2 weeks and am feeling perfectly fine with no side effects. I have to make a journey to the job centre soon to claim benefits which made me very woeful and anxious but I do have 2 job interviews this week which is making me feel more positive about things
