i need to stop cutting or ill be locked up when someone finds out how bwd its getting. ive completly broken down and messed up my whole arm. i couldn't stop. my hands are still trembling. i scare myself, i thought i could keep it under controll, but its aparent i cant. im so so so afraid right now and idk what to do. nobody is home so i have nobody to sit with. what if i can never stop

Heya there im sorry to hear that you harmed yourself. *Cuddles you* Do you think you would be able to talk to us about what it is that caused you to harm yourself? Did something trigger you? I think you should go to A&E to get your arm checked out, otherwise if you leave it it could get infected. You may also need stitches. We are all here for you and you dont have to go through this on your own. Please keep talking to us. Please keep safe.

thanx!! its just hard, things have been so bad for so long, i dont know how much longer i want to keep fighting this. I dont mean fighting life, just cutting. i have some positive things in my life that make it worth it, i just dont know if i can keep fighting to get better

hun, you need to tell how someone how bad this getting, it will only get worse if you dont, and maybe going somewhere like the hospital for a while coulld be the best thing to do until you are feeling better
