You need to see a doctor really. Theresa number of things it could be. One being a urinary tract infection but often then you have a murkiness in your urine, it is foul smelling, you need to go more often and sometimes you may gave cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) which causes a lot of pain and you feel the need to go more often. Many people believed they are the same thing but really they're 2 separated things but can commonly be seen together.
Secondly, it may be that you have stress incontinence where the sphincter (the muscular ring at the end of your bladder stopping your pee escaping) isn't as tight as it used to be.
Thirdly, it may be that the nerves and/ of muscles controlling your bladders rent quite in sync or working as they should be and so they're relaxed when they shouldn't be and vice versa and different parts aren't working together and that's causing the problem.
Another thing is that some meds can cause some incontinence and also things like uncontrolled diabetes can do because you need to pee more often because your bladder I'd filling up quicker.
There are also a few other reasons but, to be honest, only a doctor can say after then thoroughly talk to you, examine you and really, more than likely, refer you on to a specialist if it's anything more than a UTI. Make sure you take a fresh urine sample to the doctors with you to help ensure they can rules infection in or out.
