Reading all of Lana's positive things :P
Cute new leggings.
Discovering that I actually do like some make up I've had for ages and thought I didn't like!
Being back at work.
Smoked salmon.
Getting lots of work done.
New books!
"I know you're sad, so I won't tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to simply have a day.
Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself just yet.
It'll get better. Until then, have a day."

I really like reading Lana banana's positivity too :)
What books did you get?
Got cut off from a Journey Care lady who was trying to tell me that I wasn't in time to book assistance for my train journey. Thankfully the second guy I spoke to was super nice and offered to call me back when he had booked everything to save me hanging around on the phone.
Telesales guy finished our call by saying "Keep smiling" I can't help feeling that I was meant to speak to him as it was something I needed to hear today.

The train dudes were fighting over me! :P
One of my train people is having an engagement party this weekend and that was nice to hear.

- Bought some nice new shiny yoga things out of first earnings.
- Today's work was easier than Monday's work.
- Managed to get a little bit of packing and cleaning done.
- Marshmallow bubblebath.
- D got home from work early which never happens in the history of ever.
- Fun times drinking wine and cocktails with Lillie.
- Back at my boyfriends and things going great with us.
- Lost weight, so I am now closer to a healthy weight.
- Went to the shop intending to NOT buy the lower calorie version of my dinner. But then they only had that one so I had to get it. But the intention was there.
Left my magazine at work and I was going to pick it up on Wednesday but made a snap decision to go to work and get it, found it in good time and my bus was super quick to Kings Cross. I'm very happy with the start of my day :)

- Sunshine!
- Voluntary work went okay.
- The organisation had left the volunteers some really beautiful seed grow-bag things to say thank you.
- Favourite hot chocolate.
- The gardens were stunningly spring-like - many bobbing daffodils.
- Borrowed a book on essential oils.
- Walked home through the woods, everything looked so different and alive.
- Beginning the last week living in this flat tomorrow.
- Lovely catch up with Jenna.
- Making people feel uncomfortable with bantz in public places, which included clearing the bottom floor of a tearoom. (It wasn't intentional, I just forget that there's certain topics that are Frowned Upon in quaint little tea rooms in a little village)
- Just all round excellent conversation.
- Much messaging that made me smile.
- Friends generally being A++/10, as usual.
- Got Starbucks and wrote for a while when I got back.
- General contentment.
Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.
Lana, I'm wishing you a super moving week! It is very nerve wracking, I agree. Hopefully so worth it when you're settled into your new place though. Our tenancy doesn't end for a couple of weeks but as we'll be moving pretty much everything into storage next Monday, we're gonna have no stuff so we're kinda moving out a week early!
We're moving in to my parents' yeah - terrified! (Though I think they are too, lol!) It's going to be an interesting experience, but I do get on well with my folks generally so I'm hoping it'll be fairly smooth (and good motivation for finding somewhere new).
Oh no, it sounds like it's been an exhausting time so far. Hopefully by the end of the week, all the stressful stuff will be done and you can take your time getting your new place the way you want it.
Finish assignment for Chris
Turn off phone and computer and hide from pure embarrassment, shame and humiliation and have a day of peace and quiet.
Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
- Did my second quickest shift yet at work (let's hope it passes quality control).
- Signed contract for storage unit and moved some stuff in.
- Went for lunch with friend. Had much lunch.
- Also had chai latte.
- D was home early again, which was lovely.
- It's staying light longer, which is lovely.
- An excellent e-mail exchange with yesterday's voluntary work about millefeuille and gugelhupf (neither of which I'm confident about spelling yet).
General sun making the place look lovely.
Enjoyed delicious salted caramel cake and Maccy D's
Don't normally eat the Pret we get free and work but yesterday as I randomly had a fork I ate a four cheese thing which was delicious.
Enjoyed a Starbucks cinnamon hot chocolate in the sun.
Powered through some reading.
