Art Journaling

Hi,

Has anyone done or heard of art journaling in relation to mental health problems?

Yep :) I have a book that I do a self-portrait in most days (sometimes every day) that reflects how I feel. It's ranged from a literal image of me, to a picture of a loaf of bread (!) and all sorts of random scribbles in-between.

Basically it means I can reflect on my mood and how I perceive myself too.

wow small light that sounds really cool. ive heard of the idea but havent really looked into it much but maybe i will do a bit of research and see where it takes me. I do like art in general so could be a good thing to try.
