I'm back
Hi everyone I haven't been on ryl since 2010 I hit a really bad patch in life and closed my self away from everyone and everything. Its taken me a long time to relise that that wasn't the best think to do. I decided to come back and try and help anyone that needs it, I have been self harming free for 6 months now and for once in my life I can see a light at the end off the black hole. If anyone need to talk, rant or some advice I'm here to try and help the best I can.
Stay safe people and you are all loved and cared for even if it never feels that way
